Shipping
Shipping cost in Italy is always €7.50.
Starting from €250, shipping in Italy is FREE!
For shipments we use Bartolini, Poste Italiane, DHL.

Orders received by 2:00 PM, regularly paid according to the indicated payment methods, are processed the same day and delivery is guaranteed within 24/48 hours (72 hours for islands).

In certain cases such as warehouse stock discrepancies, stock shortages due to a sudden increase in sales, or other reasons, order processing may be delayed up to 15 days or, if it is impossible to obtain the goods, the order may be cancelled and partially or fully refunded at the moment the impossibility is confirmed. In all these cases, the order remains valid within the indicated terms unless otherwise agreed with the customer. 

Free delivery after 5:00 PM for customers living in specific areas of the Castelli Romani and Pomezia.

Pickup is available at our warehouse

Insurance

Goods travel at the customer’s risk for loss or damage. The customer may request shipment insurance at a cost of 5% of the order value.
